Darren Willman
Darren Willman is an environmental change agent driven by his impact "behaviour change of the public in being environmentally sustainable". He is working on numerous social entrepreneurship ideas and opportunities under this vision, writing for blogs, studying a Postgraduate Certificate in Environmental Management and attending major climate change conferences. He is currently employed as a Research Associate at IMD Business School in Switzerland, working on research projects related to Global Trends, Innovation, Sustainability and Leadership. He is the founder of G-1 Billion, a multilingual blog that covered the non-negotiations side of COP-15. He also volunteers his experience and talent management expertise to AIESEC International.
Darren is a former Company Director and Vice-President for Talent Management in AIESEC Australia, a global not-for-profit organisation with the role of developing youth leaders to make a positive impact on society. His Board achieved double and triple the previous year results in their elected one-year terms, particularly in Talent Management KPIs. In Darren's five years with AIESEC he was also an international trainer, coach and global HR strategy support team member and leader.
A Commerce graduate from Monash University in Australia, Darren enjoys travelling, keeping up to date with environmental news and affairs, cycling and learning languages.
